From its foundation in 1991 design studio Architecture Koza has carried out series of large scale projects of buildings for exacting customers, either private or big developer companies. All at once studio is engaged in private and commercial interior designs.

Our studio is offering an experience with wide-spectrum types of buildings (housing, industry, commerce, administration, sport and civic amenities).

We are able to provide komplex service, designing buildings from ideal architectural study to all levels of contract documents (area management, planning permission, building construction).

Contract documentation comes up in interaction with all demanded project specialists. We guarantee providing all special surveys connecting with experts of necessary technical branches (mycology, fire safety, structural analysis, dendrology...) when required.

Apprehension of the tender documentation for supplier selection, author's supervision, clearance of building permit , including the final building approval is common.

During the design pilot project we are able to set up a processing of an outstanding digital 3D model and vizualisation outputs for superior presentation.
